About 25 years ago, I started as a young organizational anthropologist, working in the role of a change management advisor. It quickly became evident that I enjoyed interacting with people the most in my work. Therefore, I decided to teach my colleagues about how certain systems worked outside of my regular duties. The compliments I received from them encouraged me to pursue a career as a lecturer in higher education.

In the past 16 years, I have predominantly chosen the role of a counselor and further delved into pedagogy and guidance studies. Guiding and supporting individuals turned out to be what truly brought me joy, leading me to seek new challenges continually.

So, over the past 10 years, I have further specialized as a Master Coach of Strategic Intervention and as a Graduate Specialist in Analytic Profiling (*). With my additional expertise in Advanced Scientific Hypnosis, EEG & ERT, I bring profound knowledge and insights to my coaching sessions.

 

What I often hear from my clients is that they are surprised by the seemingly obvious solutions to their problems. They wonder why they didn't see it earlier or couldn't solve it themselves. The answer is simple: a brain under stress learns nothing. Relaxing and focusing on the question is the key to a successful coaching process.

As a member of the Dutch Association of NLP (**), I demonstrate my commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical conduct. My adherence to the ethical codes of the professional association reflects my aim to provide clients with the highest standards of service.

With a strong educational background, I confidently lead my own coaching practice, where I assist individuals in reaching their full potential and effecting positive change in their lives.
