Are the sessions I take at SLCC covered by insurance?
That depends on your insurer. Since SLCC does not fall under a BIG registration, the insurance does not cover this. Some insurers reimburse 25% under the alternative care package.

Can SLCC also be hired as an advisor for guidance in designing a curriculum in the field of personal development for my employees?
Of course. The trends and developments within the HRM field confirm my work as a coach/supervisor. If there is stress and burnout among employees within your organization, the signs of this are visible. I can guide your manager to observe these signals and guide employees who do not yet know how to reduce this stress. Additionally, it is possible to offer tailor-made in-house training in combination with my collaboration partner (a training agency), such as stress management or burn-out prevention. (In the spring of 2025 we expect to be able to offer burnout prevention online in the SLC Platform)
